She is not helpful, doesn’t actually listen to problems and just diagnoses the easiest thing to get herself out of the room faster. I recommend going to ANY OTHER doctor but her. I have yet to have a good experience with her and I have been going to her for years with zero results everytime. We deserve to have a doctor that cares, not one just here for a paycheck.
I have bee going to Dr. Glessner for many years and have found her to be very caring. She takes time with you as a patient, listens to issues and concerns and makes the right recommendations for next steps.
Dr. Glessner is the best diagnostician and best listener of any doctor I've ever known. She is professional, yet very compassionate; friendly, yet doesn't hesitate to say what you need to know assertively and straightforwardly. She is also gentle and respective of her patients' feelings. You don't ever leave her office without questions completely answered.
