After scheduling an appointment and waiting 3 hours, no tech showed. Called the office and was given a very vague, “will let the office know to give you a call and let you know if someone can come today..” Ummm—isn’t that what my appointment is for?!🤷♀️ Scheduler is VERY hard to understand due to a heavy accent. Will def not be using this company again.
