Swim early because there are lessons in the afternoon. Otherwise you could be sharing one lane with 4 people.
Yoga on MWF and Above the Barr on T&Th
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great family gym. Parking is a bit crowded in the evenings.
Nice quiet place, however the equipment is out of date , or no able to use tv's. This like working out in a comfort inn exercise room.
