Excellent and caring support
Dr Berlin gave me a same day appointment due to significant symptoms I was experiencing. Turns out I had a serious tick borne infection.
Dr. Berlin is great. She takes the time to listen to what's going on and reassures me. Next steps are always clear.
I messaged the Women's Health office at Cayuga Park on a Sunday evening. They responded with a call Monday morning; they were able to get me in - same day - during lunch so I didn't have to miss time from work. All staff were exceptional. Dr. Berline was professional but kind and empathetic - very informative and was able to help through education and meds.
