Dr. D’Souza Is an exceptional doctor in every way. I have seen her for years and never been disappointed in her service. She is thoughtful, thorough, patient and respectful.

Metro, overall, is one of the WORST hospital systems that Ohio has to offer. NOT recommended if you need help or want to live! The majority of my experiences have been one provider telling me they have no idea what’s wrong with me and pushing me off to the next provider who repeats the cycle. And don’t hold your breath when seeking MH services from them…I called them several times, desperately seeking help and they made me wait 3 months to talk to a therapist…then cancelled my apt without telling me and moving me back 4 more... read more
