I don’t often post reviews but their service is tremendously bad. A rep stopped in and left a good impression a few years back. Had some success during the car shortage. However, I stopped buying from them because the condition was consistently mis represented and it’s a headache to Arb every other car. Told them to put a hold on our account because we aren’t looking to use it right now. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t delete the account incase we wanted to try it again. Trash is an understatement. Complete waste of time and money. This company is very dishonest. I can tell they are lying about something everytime a new email comes in. Use ACV or your actual auctions for WAYYYY better results. Burn the entire company to the ground!!

No communication post sale and getting funded is a whole other level of problematic. No point in using there service. Manheim, Adesa, OVE all are superior and won’t hold you funds for months.
