I’ve been to this beauty supply four times now, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Each time, the woman at the counter (who I believe is the owner) has been extremely rude. She never greets customers, and on two separate occasions, she didn’t have change. This is one of the most trusted stores around as it is very easy to find products without much stress. The customer care was extraordinary in my first experience when I went shopping for a particular product for my wife. Customers should be very thankful for a store like this that priotizes consumers satisfaction over anything else. The product knowledge is a masterpiece like a glow of creativity. Absolutely the best salon I’ve ever been to! I was so comfortable(felt as if I was at home)awesome talented,fast,unbelievable experience! I’ve had this same style,even bigger braids take 7 1/2 hours..I was done in 3 1/2 hours! Definitely a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!! So many compliments..my entire family will now come here,after hearing me rave about my experience and seeing the awesome work..and there’s even a hair store connected..so you can pickup all the products you need to maintain your braids!! I asked for boho knotless the lady said she didn't wanna do em because it would take her all day after I already bought the hair. She than proceeded to do me regular knotless after I booked small she did smedium. I'm just annoyed
