Unreliable business. Opens only 2 days a week and won't even return calls. Only contact method is a mobile number that perpetually goes to voicemail. Have been trying to get hold of my report but it's no use. Hopeless.
I started the sleep apnoea journey a few weeks back and I'm glad I went through with it. I got a fright with the results of the overnight test and then tried the trial machine and just bought a machine. My advice is trust the staff and trust the machine. It takes a bit of getting used to, about a week, then you become hooked on it. Thanks to Mel, listen to her, she knows what she's doing. All round very good experience. Just wanted to acknowledge the high quality customer service and professionalism recently provided by Jinal, the Sleep Apnoea Consultant at the Carnovale Sleep Clinic in Yarraville. I was having problems with my CPAP machine but thanks to her expert advice and prompt follow through with the manufacturer I am sleeping like a baby again!
I had to do the home based sleeping test 2 times in a row, and I in each time I had to chase the clinic up for the results, the answer was always that they tried to contact me to ask me to redo the test (never really received any calls/emails), when I tried to contact the clinic after the last attempt, I found out that they were temporary closed.
Jinal is amazing and has a genuine concern for her clients and is beyond reproach amazing lady
