If I could give 0 stars then I would. I have had the worst experience buying a vehicle through Carnova. They seem so illegitimate, and I don’t know how they’re still in business. First I went back and forth driving to the dealership 4 different times to fill out paperwork and give my deposit check. I was being very helpful and understanding with everything taking as long as it did to get everything in order. Este lugar mo merece ni una estrella, son personas inresponsable me dieron un auto que no estaba bien del cielo corrediso y ellos me dijeron que regresara para repararmelo y cuando regrese el gerente odioso me also la voz y dijo que no lo arian y tenian que devolver un cheque de 3000 al banco y desde marzo estoy preguntando cuando y no me dan resppuesta aparte de ladrones mentirosos
I set up an appointment Sunday to test drive a car for today at 10am. I even messaged this morning to make sure it was ready to test drive today and the car was still stuck inside the building instead of outside. I drove an hour to come and test drive the car and it was still sitting inside the dealership. Then we were told it was a hassle to get the car out.
