I would give Car Nova zero stars if that were possible. They advertised an F-150 and communicated with us back and forth about the vehicle, leading us to believe it was still available. Based on those conversations, we took the time to drive to the car lot specifically to see that truck. The moment we arrived, they suddenly told us the F-150 had already been sold. Excellent service, did the impossible to get me approved on a reliable car, delivered it to my work so I wouldn’t have to stress on the ride over there, explain the contract till I understood it completely,overall amazing sales man that Alexis is.
This is the worst place to buy a car if I can give something less than a one star I would definitely do it Carlos doing the finance has zero customer service experience he doesn't return calls they sold the car with out engine oil and they don't want to be responsible for changing the engine even the 12-month warranty decided to back out of the deal because it was a technical issue by the dealership I even requested to speak to the owner and he stated that no one is allowed to speak to the owner that they run the business th... read more
