I would give Car Nova zero stars if that were possible. They advertised an F-150 and communicated with us back and forth about the vehicle, leading us to believe it was still available. Based on those conversations, we took the time to drive to the car lot specifically to see that truck. The moment we arrived, they suddenly told us the F-150 had already been sold.
