Updating a previous review. Yama was good to deal with on the sales side of the transaction and responded quickly to questions I brought up after the sale. He isn’t a high pressure salesman which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the car I purchased had a broken radiator cap which I did not notice before the purchase. Once I replaced the cap, the radiator itself failed and I had to replace it. Additionally there was a pretty significant valve cover gasket leak which I couldn’t see without removing the skid plate. I would avoid this dealer if at all possible. He sold me a car over 2 months ago and still has not sent me the plates despite multiple calls confirming that he has them and “will be putting them in the mail tomorrow”. I’m currently pursuing legal action against the dealer as it does not appear that he has registered the sale with the state/ registry. The car itself had numerous issues that I’ve had to address including multiple oil leaks and a bad radiator which has already cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. I’m not fa... read more
I purchased a vehicle for my family of 5 (who were present at the sale). After getting home, I discovered both rear outer seats are missing seatbelts—they were cut off and removed. This was not disclosed. Within a few miles of driving, the check engine light came on, despite being told “Mechanically it’s in great shape.” We did notice some mold on seatbelts at purchase, but were told it was from detailing. they were very helpful and walked me through every part of the process. They have a great warranty and a great mechanics team. Everything was very easy and I will definitely be working with them again.
