I purchased a vehicle for my family of 5 (who were present at the sale). After getting home, I discovered both rear outer seats are missing seatbelts—they were cut off and removed. This was not disclosed. Within a few miles of driving, the check engine light came on, despite being told “Mechanically it’s in great shape.” We did notice some mold on seatbelts at purchase, but were told it was from detailing. they were very helpful and walked me through every part of the process. They have a great warranty and a great mechanics team. Everything was very easy and I will definitely be working with them again.
Yama helped us out with searching for a car and he was great. Yama was very patient, helpful, kind, and honest. Been searching for a car for a long time and glad we came across CarNova LLC. Yama got us sorted and we took home the car on a great deal. Car had a minor issue with a dome light and he took care of it. 5 stars, would Definitely be returning here again.
