Amazing service when none was required! Yesterday evening as I made my way home during snowmageddon, my car started to slide sideways even though I was stopped in traffic with my foot on the brake. I have snow tires on my all wheel drive car, and I was scared. It was time for me to ditch my car and try walking home. But where would my car be safe from other cars? Zach was a pleasure to work with. Normally I dread dealing with car salesman, having to navigate their slimy sales tactics and pressure, but I felt none of that here. Zach was straightforward and respectful. Selling my vehicle to them was a breeze. Compared to all the other user car dealerships in the area, these guys treat their customers the best.
