It been 18 months since I bought my 2013 Audi S5. The car was inspected by the Audi dealership in sterling Heights MI. So I had some pice of mind that nothing was wrong with the car. As I am celebrating the one year anniversary of purchasing my car, (not from here) I remember the fact that I couldn't test drive the vehicle that I wanted to buy from CarNova, without a credit check being ran on me 1st. I purchased a car from this company and was provided the wrong key to the car. They are refusing to rectify the situation, admit to their fault, and take ownership of their actions.
