Last month Bill from Carnival Heating & Air Conditioning came out to give us an estimate for a new unit and moving the handler from the attic to the garage. He was very patient answering all of my questions. Mike and Brian are the ones who came out to do the job and I have nothing but great words for them. They explained everything they were going to do, they worked hard and they were very nice and polite. Fantastic experience!! My air conditioner wasn't functioning correctly, and it had been almost a year since my last tune-up, but now it's running better than before. The young girl answering my calls was a delight to converse with, and the tech was fantastic. Fully recommended!
They have visited my house twice, on different dates, to assist with AC problems. Steve has always acted ethically and professionally. Even taking the time to explain to me what he is doing or inspecting so that I, a new homeowner, may be more educated. Fully recommended!
Amazing from beginning to end! Nothing was too much trouble, they really were fab especially as it wasn’t a straightforward job. My landlord was very specific about how this was done due to the building being very old & traditional. The project was managed brilliantly and the guys who actually came to do the installation were so kind & patient. I would highly recommend this company! If I could give 10 stars I would!
