Carnival Cruise Line’s staff was extremely professional, offering kind assistance, helpful suggestions, and excellent service throughout the journey.
Cruise itself was okay, but booking, transparency, and customer service were terrible. I would never book again and strongly warn international travelers. Booked a double room for two, paid a 50% deposit, and was told the balance would be charged automatically. The company failed to process the payment, sent one email (which went to junk), then cancelled my booking and kept my deposit as non-refundable. Royal Caribbean made the booking process smooth and fast. Hotline service was outstanding, and the agents were incredibly helpful.
