As a lover of tacos, these carnitas are the best I’ve had and the quesabirria is delicious. I’m glad this food truck is putting this this huge vacant lot to good use.
Great great authentic Carnitas, tortillas are excellent and the salsas are what a salsa is supposed to be,, we’ll be coming back as often as we can.

I have to give credit where it’s due—the carnitas were legitimately solid. Great flavor, cooked right, and definitely the only thing holding this meal together. If I go back, this is the only meat I’m ordering. The Birria I don’t know how you mess up birria, but they found a way. The meat was drier than the Sonoran Desert in the middle of July. Best carnitas in town, no question! The quality is always consistent, the carnitas are fresh and delicious, and the handmade corn tortillas are next level. Huge shoutout to Kari and the whole team—they always take great care of us and the service is on point every time. Been coming here and they never miss. Best carnitas in Tucson!
