Absolutely delicious. You can taste the love. Fantastic birria tacos. Loved the salsas as well.
I have to give credit where it’s due—the carnitas were legitimately solid. Great flavor, cooked right, and definitely the only thing holding this meal together. If I go back, this is the only meat I’m ordering. The Birria I don’t know how you mess up birria, but they found a way. The meat was drier than the Sonoran Desert in the middle of July. Best carnitas in town, no question! The quality is always consistent, the carnitas are fresh and delicious, and the handmade corn tortillas are next level. Huge shoutout to Kari and the whole team—they always take great care of us and the service is on point every time. Been coming here and they never miss. Best carnitas in Tucson!
We are from Texas and have eaten here many times while living in Tucson while working as a travel nurse. Their food is amazing, their family is even better. We plan on making a trip to Tucson this fall just to come eat here.
