Carnett Clinic you have wonder NP's, however your office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE! I think you should get rid of your actual staff and just use the virtual assistants, they are much friendlier and helpful. My whole family has been going to Carnett Clinic for at least 15 years, but now I have made the decision to switch my ENTIRE family to a new PCP not due to the care of the medical staff, but due to RITA the Office Manger.
