Glad we came across on the 2010 grey Acura from Ken. He did not charge any extra additional fees like he said he wouldn’t. Ken was straight forward and had great customer service. Transaction was fast and easy. Would highly recommend him!
Overall the sales experience was good with Ken with our purchase of a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. The car's interior and exterior were in very good condition when we purchased it. The information provided on the sunroof was not accurate. Ken stated it only took three bolts or washers to fix it, but our local mechanic stated they'd have to take down the headliner to take a look at it overall which could potentially lead to a cost of more than $2,000 for a full repair approximately.
