Originally I felt well supported and had good communication. After they have missed filing paperwork for now 5 months, they have completely neglected any phone calls, emails, or text messages. Very poor communication to follow through on the job. I will update this to a positive review if anything starts changing. Highly unethical, they essentially stole my retainer funds and stopped responding to emails with repeated follow up for months. I hired them to handle a property theft civil case. Ironically, the greater theft ended up being with the attorney that did not work and ghosted me! Right before they were to take action by sending a demand letter in the case, they went completely ghost. I consulted CarnesWarwick a few years ago to help in a legal dispute that involved copyright infringment of software my company owned. I assume it was a rather complex case which required knowledge about how the software works and it's protection mechanism work.
