The staff themselves are fantastic. They are very sweet and attentive, however I can’t help but feel disappointed with their quality of care. A couple months ago we took my kitten because she was experiencing signs of sickness, and they said she was completely fine. They did a SNAP test which all came back as negative except for worms, so they treated her for those but she was still lethargic. However, they still told us she was fine. Our mini schnauzer was aging and had a health crisis. Carnesville Animal Hosp got us right in and checked him out. Turned out to be a degenerative problem, and he required a fair amount of care his last six months. They were always great at getting him in quickly. They were knowledgable and offered solutions that were not crazy expensive. Everyone who works there is super friendly and kind! Best vet I have found in the past 30 years. Dr. Farmer and her staff are amazing and they also provide an app called Cherry. You can look it up. It's free to install. You make your first down payment of whatever you can afford and then they give you the option of spreading out your payments over time through Cherry and I think anything under 6 months I know has no interest charged better than a credit card.
