These people are rude and obviously in it for money only. Think again before you consider using them.
My brother was recently cremated there at Carns funeral home. I was very pleased with the staff, especially Mary Joe. She was courteous kind and answered all my questions I would highly recommend them.
I called more than 10 days ago and still have not received a call back about my father’s cremation. It’s been hard enough losing him. I called left voicemail and no response! At this point I don’t even think they know what they are doing. And if I receive ashes will they be my father’s??? I’m terribly disappointed!!
