All of Carnes Funeral Home personnel were extremely professional and did everything they could to assist me with the cremation of my daughter's remains. I live in Alabama and was only in Texas for a short time to handle my late daughter's affairs. They were able to expedite the cremation and death certificate so I could take the ashes and death certificate with me when I needed to return to Alabama. Very kind and thoughtful people and even followed up with me to see how I was doing. A first class organization.

By far the most non resourceful, no empathy or sympathy. We have to move our loved one to another funeral home for the sole purpose of their inability to provide resources, information on the process, or basic support. This experience with this funeral home made our grief even more difficult. They don't even pretend to care. How I heard them speak to others who were grieving was shocking and absolutely unprofessional.
