Jeff Carnes is not a trustworthy person. When he opened the storage facility near his cabinet shop he offered me a spot inside at a decent rate and said that I would be able to keep that for a while because it would probably take a year or more for the inside to fill and then I could move to the covered area outside that was under construction.
