Carne's are the only people who I'll take my vehicles to. Good, honest Christian folks, friendly, and I've always gotten my vehicles back the day after I drop them off. (I have an old truck and a 2018 vehicle).
I dropped our car off for rear differential repair. Carnes was not able to find the part needed. When I picked up the vehicle it had damage to the front bumper from them parking it in an overgrown field behind the shop. They are claiming no responsibility for the damage.
This is a very good place the people are very nice I dropped my old Ford off because of power steering leak they fixed very well decent price I will definitely keep them in mind when something else breaks for sure
I can't remember ever being happy to give my hard earned money to a shop. This was the exception. They gave us awesome service with good southern hospitality. We will return for our future repair needs. Thanks.
