I had a leak by my water meter. Dug it up, found the leak, sent pictures and they still charged me 650$ to put in a couple pieces of pvc . And now that fix is leaking….
Extremely over priced, rude owner, & some poorly trained workers. Person was sent to unhook/come back & hook up gas & water (for new countertop installation). I also asked if they would install a new garbage disposal for me. The young man sent either had little experience or no proper training. I could go on & on about the details & the $800+ we spent, but bottom line was after their work, we had a gas leak & the dishwasher flooded the kitchen (wooden floors)! Run away from the son of the owner who appears to represent this organization. I had to ask him for over four weeks to come out and repair a faucet that they had repaired (supposedly) 4 months ago. After repeatedly telling me they would get on it the next day, by this week and ok next week for sure seven weeks later, they actually billed me for the fixing of what we had already paid them for in October. Extremely overpriced and all the employees are rude. I was given a quote then my invoice was double the price. When I called to discuss why it was so much more they refused to talk to me and just yelled that I need to pay. Not only are they overpriced it took them hours to figure out how to do their job. Worst experience l've ever had with any business.
Came on time with sort notice the day before. He repaired a broken pipe in my wash room spilling onto my floor. Will definitely call him again' & recommend him to others!
