TODAY I WAS LEFT SITTING HALF NAKED IN AN EXAM ROOM FOR OVER 20 MIN WHILE DR. KOSTANT WASN'T EVEN IN THE BUILDING. My regular doctor, Dr. Stephanie Lam, is fantastic, and I've always had a 5 star experience when seeing her for my appointments. I am a very very anxious patient. My old GYN office just wasnt the right fit for me anymore and I found this practice after a lot of long research. I needed my Nexplanon redone and I saw Dr Silverstein. He explained that where it was, is actually abnormally placed however he reinserted it there to make the process easier on me. I was patched up significantly better than my old doctors did and sent off with a lot of care. I did not feel anything at all in the procedure! To say I was nervous would be an understatement, but the entire staff was incredibly kind and Dr. Silverstein was excellent!! He was informative, patient, and caring throughout my entire visit, and he encouraged every question I had. I consider myself very lucky to have found this practice.
