My son goes there to pick up his prescriptions immediately after his surgery at nearby hospital. They keep telling him his insurance card number must be old card. So he leaves and calls me so I can try to call insurance and I’m wondering why they are not calling insurance, especially since it is 6:30pm and they close at 7pm.
