We recently sold our home of the past 25 years. Our buyers chose to use Carnegie Title (CT). On the day of the closing CT was unable to transfer the majority of the transaction balance to our Loan Account as specified. There was an internal policy that prevented this type of transaction. We didn't understand the reason, but it was company policy we were told.
