We lived in 1544 Ocean Parkway, a “luxury” building of this landlord’s for 4 years, paid our rent on time and in full every month — and recently moved out on 12/15 with zero balance on our apartment. Baila, the leasing manager, is a straight up thief!!! She stole our deposit with no justification at all after we paid every bill we ever received from this landlord!!! Absolutely disgraceful management company, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I have had the pleasure of living in 25 Bruckner Boulevard apartment 2I for the past two years, and as we prepare to move due to work commitments, I can honestly say it is with a heavy heart that we are leaving. Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. They are so unhelpful & rude. Whenever something is wrong or there is a complaint, they basically just brush me off & say that’s not really their problem. They can take days to help with urgent matters & that’s if they’ll even be helpful at all. The building hallways & common areas on ocean parkway that I live in is boiling hot in the summer & freezing in the winter. They’ve been saying they’re going to fix this for years.
