I’d like to take this opportunity to thank your executive chef and his staff for making our meal a 5 Star event. You are blessed to have him. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and my wife’s ahi tuna was the most tasteful she’s ever had. We look forward to visiting Grace Restaurant whenever we’re in the area. We whole heartedly give two thumbs up and a five star rating.

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was outstanding. Sam at the front desk was incredibly helpful and courteous. Grace restaurant is downstairs and our meals were very good.

We absolutely loved the Carnegie House. The staff was seriously the friendliest and most helpful we have ever experienced in the hotel setting. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lovely sitting areas both inside and out of the hotel. The only thing I wish is that we could move it to a more exciting location. State College does not have very much to do in the area unless you golf or see a Penn State game(we weren't doing either of those).

Not the place to go if you’re wanting to take a step back in time. The hotel is fine, it just isn’t the nod to the era they want it to be. Guest service and location are great, as was the cleanliness of the room. We were offered complimentary water at check-in and the room itself was spotless. The room had a Keurig with decent coffee and enough cream for two cups. The biggest reason I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is because they missed the mark on the styling.
