Wow, we were blown away by this beautiful luxurious hotel! Only 21 rooms so I’m hesitant to even tell people about how great this is because it may end up being hard to get back in here! We were on a last minute overnight motorcycle ride with another couple and found this on Expedia fur a great price. Feels like you’re walking into a beautifully decorated and welcoming home. Not the place to go if you’re wanting to take a step back in time. The hotel is fine, it just isn’t the nod to the era they want it to be. Guest service and location are great, as was the cleanliness of the room. We were offered complimentary water at check-in and the room itself was spotless. The room had a Keurig with decent coffee and enough cream for two cups. The biggest reason I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is because they missed the mark on the styling. Great place to stay! The room was clean and well-equipped. Comfy bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Loved having the tea kettle and Keurig in the room. All of my encounters with your staff were so pleasant. I’ll be back for sure.
Stayed 4 nights, and felt as if I were staying at a rich uncles estate house, with a very accommodating private staff. Small and intimate. Visited the in-house bar a couple times, and the inside and outside is really beautiful. Amazing crab cakes!
I can’t say enough about how beautiful this stay was. We were sold on staying here when we saw the pictures and it listed pet free which is important to us for our kiddo with allergies. The minute we walked in, we knew we made the right choice. This will be our go to place when we come into town. Stunning! By far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed.
