If you have any major life threatening issues that is time sensitive, RUN as far as you can. Rhey are the worst!! The office has scheduling policy that is inconsistent with what the doctors require for an appointment. My doctor sent a referral for 2 scans and the office refused to give me an appointment for both scans because it was a second opinion and I had the scan done elsewhere.
