I am a new patient splitting my time between NYC and OKC. I loved the cleanliness of the facility and the care I received. I also chose to do a genetics test. I hope all my future care is handled in this practice.
The doctors are absolutely amazing. The BIGGEST issue is their billing department. I will never go back here because of the billing. They are the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. I have never gotten a bill that reflected what I actually owed--they would give me an arbitrary number that I was responsible to pay for at each visit and I wouldn't be allowed to be seen by a doctor if I didn't pay it. Wonderful and attentive practice!
This place is great!! I’ve been to a few practices in the city and this was by far the most comfortable and most professional of them all. Short wait time to be seen and the room was clean and large. Shoutout to Nicole and Dr. Fox for really making my experience positive. The staff is friendly and I felt comfortable asking any and all questions during my appointment. I didn’t feel rushed at all, either. 100% recommend!
