A man named Pedro came to look at our freezer. The ice maker doesn’t work. He came for 10 mins, took apart the freezer and when asked what was wrong, he said “Oh you know, electronics”. He said it was broken and it would be $360 to get a new one. Then he left. $85 gone to be told it’s broken.
The man who arrived to fix my dryer was really kind, respectful of my home, and friendly and helpful. I would use this firm again in a heartbeat. Scott is a valuable asset to this firm.
