The amount of ingredients that had a high standard of quantity was surprising and more than I anticipated. Many bbq places only focus on good meat while here I was provided a very natural homade tasting tortilla and crisp fresh onions with no off taste with vibrint cilantro. I enjoyed the chef's willingness to humor my curiosity as to all the details pertaining to how, why, and when each taco eas made the way it was.

Highly recommend this spot, in fact if they throw an event for the 30+ singles crew OR a mixer for those looking to network around town - I'd be there. The environment is relaxing, the music is SERIOUSLY GOOD, the food is delicious, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY the people are awesome. Hope you stop by and enjoy yourself at Carne Lenta! The team will take great care of you.

When everything is closed in my small town, Carne Lenta has my back and belly. The patio is heavenly on good weather days and the AC is better inside. For a hip hopping modern feeling eatery, this is the place in historic downtown.

This is (in my opinion) the best taco shop in the world! I absolutely love this place, I always come with friends after mountain biking nearby. It's a really big shame though that they shrunk their menu recently the pirata taco was my favorite and they cut it off the menu even though the meat used in the taco here is SO MUCH MORE tender than the meat used at the other locations like taco flats. I will be back but not as much. If you want tacos though don't even consider anywhere else, just come here.
