They're completely awful. Their goal is to deny or bungle any prescription you have. We're on the phone with them several times a year because they just stop sending a critical med for my wife.
This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Like many other reviewers, my insurance mandates this pharmacy for my medication. They have run cards and copays without my consent. They have taken money from my HSA card and not returned it. They are impossible to work with, make so many billing errors, their platforms on line and in their app don’t show what information they all have about you. I am now in a situation where they have cost me $4k, messed up all of my medical claims as a result of their mistake and now I have a nightma... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately my insurance dictates which pharmacy I used and I have forced to use this one. I am constantly getting the run around and never get the same answer. Every phone call takes at least 30-45 minutes. I've had multiple instances where I miss doses because they don't have the right information despite my doctor's office sending in the info repeatedly. If you can avoid using this pharmacy, it will save you so much headache.
The worst company ever, If Had a choice to choose another company will do it.
