Worst specialty pharmacy i’ve ever used. Took over a month and a half to get my medication. Always told me something different as to why I didn’t have it yet every single time I called. Had to call them at least twice a week to get any updates. Just called them today per my nurse ambassadors suggestion and the lady I spoke to was very rude. I was trying to ask her a question and all I got was interrupted and yelled at. If your insurance allows you to use any other pharmacy please do. Absolutely horrible
0 stars if i could. Other reviews are 100% accurate. Techs don’t know what they’re doing, don’t know how to bill things correctly. And impossible to speak to pharmacist. They always transfer you to a someone else and have to do phone tag. Will not contact insurance at all for PA. Does not take notes of the problem so that next caller would know what the issues are, you would have to wait 30 mins to talk to someone only to restart your entire story with the new agent. Not easy to work with. I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone being sent in circles for a one month supply and it’s happened several times. They’ll claim they’re waiting to hear from drs office, drs office will say they never received pa requests but sent info anyways and accredo will say they haven’t gotten anything. It’s happened a minimum of 3 times where I’ve had to demand a manager and the manager discovered something in accredo’s system was messed up. This pharmacy is a ridiculous waste of time. Every refill you’re gonna be put on hold and put on hold and put on hold and you’re going to be charged for things when you have prescription cards and the women that call you are rude:
