So far so good. Bought a car there last week. Whole process was pretty flawless. They were very gracious with holding the car, access to the lot, making sure everything was in working order. Update: unfortunately buying a used car can come with a lot of problems and work. With the money I spent I have had to put in additional 3k worth of work.
I would give negative stars if I could. I bought a Chevy impala from Steve in June 2022. I went with my wife and 2 year old to check it out and take it for a test drive. I looked it over at the test drive and noticed rust on the underside of the vehicle. I was told by the salesman that it was nothing to worry about, just surface rust that could be brushed off with a wire brush. Nice friendly Salesman. They were very accommodating. Thorough test drive. Although, we did not purchase the car it was nothing to do with this dealer, the car price, or my experience here. I was from out of state and it would be easier for me to purchase in state due to rigorous inspection requirements.
Fantastic experience, the vehicle needed some work for its first inspection, they really helped me out getting it done!
