I would give this location a negative 5 stars if I could. They steal tips from their employee, that I specifically went up there to get my vehicle washed by. I asked the gentleman if he received his tip he said no. I went back up there to bless him with a tip and get my car washed by him because he did such a great job. I went up there to specifically get my car wash with him again and he was not there!! if I find out they fired him I'm speaking with the GM because there is some shady stuff going on up here. Mediocre service at a premium price. First off the attendant tried to upsell me for a membership and was miffed that I did not agree. I only wanted an interior and exterior service and paid $60 for the: Ultimate Care Exterior Wash Tar Removal Vacuum Interior Blow Out Floorboards Wipe Down Dash, Center Console, & Door Panels Clean Windows They were not busy and it took an hour.
