Very disappointing experience. The car wash broke down while my car was inside, and I was instructed to drive out after the equipment stopped. Just before that, I watched an employee remove a floor grate and work underneath it. As I drove out, I heard a loud bang from the tire guide. They then asked me to pull out and come back around for a manual wash. At that point, I noticed the car didn’t feel like it was driving smoothly, but I assumed it was just the uneven surface around the car wash, so I didn’t think much of it. Aft... read more
