Arrived at 7:16 hoping to get a interior and exterior wash. No one was in line ahead of me and no cars were in queue to be cleaned. Was told by the attendant that they stop doing full service interior washes an hour before close. Even though a sign was posted on the attendants booth saying they stop full service washes 30 minutes before close. I left and went to another Carnation car wash in Roanoke and called before hand to make sure they provided exterior/interior washes 30 minutes to close and they said any time. I arrive... read more

I am a fan of Carnation. Been to other locations in the past but never became a member. This location is different. Lay, at the "welcome booth", really understands the customer. She explained all the prices and benefits of being a member. She is friendly and attentive. She is a great asset to the team. Because of her, I finally decided to become a member.
