This man has tremendous bad manners with customers.
The guy on duty today canceled my membership because he didn't have a cleaner to give me and didn't want me to clean my car with the air freshener. He said that he couldn't clean my car with that. That if I wanted to clean my car inside I would have to pay for it. I don't see the logic in what he said. I washed my car here at the Dallas location on Lemon Ave for over a year. No one has ever treated me as badly as this guy did. I don't know how they let him work in a public place with that attitude.
Absolutely LOVE the service I receive at Carnation Arlington. Ive had very pleasant experiences each time. I want to call out one young man in particular.....his name is Abel. He helps manage this place and greets every customer with care & compassion. He also treats the other employees professionally and with great courtesy. He is passionate about doing a great job. KUDOS to him & the Carnation Arlington Team.....they are the reason I maintain a monthly membership. JOB WELL DONE!
They have have amazing watches I will go back there anytime. Jamie was very helpful and consistent I would recommend it to anybody
