I recently had an awful experience. I got the basic wash, just to come out and my car was still dusty and a part of my car came off and was dented too. Not only did it damage my door but the other side piece making it more expensive to fix. You can tell the car wash damaged my car because of the blue mark it also left and the color of their wipes is the same blue color. I would hesitate comming here.

Went in about 10am this morning. Been a loyal customer for a long time and have a monthly membership. Will be canceling it now. The brushes scratched the hell out of the roof and looks like a brush arm hit my car as well.
My son went to Carbation within 2 hours of getting wet cement sprayed in part of his car in a construction zone. The wash fee was $25, but the charged him $25 more to spray off the cement before the wash. That took 5 minutes. When did Carnation start charging $300/hr!? And they didn’t do a good job as 3 areas still have it. Don’t get your car washed there.
