I have the membership, each time there’s no chips, Emily was super helpful when I pulled in getting my membership switched over to a family account. Convenient location.
Decent place for car wash & detail. A bit pricey.
I only recently got a membership for carnation, and I've been to the one on Hebron Pkwy in Carrollton and this location one time each now. The Carrollton location was great in all regards. This location it is very difficult to figure out where youre supposed to enter, I was immediately alarmed pulling up to the wash as the gentleman who guides you up to the rails was just waving me straight forward and looking around and allowed me to plow directly into the guide rails and then I saw the wash is only like 10-15 feet long. This place used to be great, but in the last few weeks, they don’t clean the wheels anymore and also I have to sit and wait in the car literally for 10–15 minutes for somebody to come and dry the car. Not worth the membership as other Carwash will offer a better service. I have five cars with them and I’m moving them all.
