Damaged paint! Prior to entering the wash an employee is stationed to give a little prewash. Usually the grill and windshield are addressed I suppose for bug removal. A giant bristle brush similar to a broom is used. For some reason this brush was used on the tailgate of my black truck. The entire tailgate is now covered in hundreds and hundreds of scratches. Nothing so severe that buffer won't take out, but frustrating and costly nonetheless. The facility is nice and the employees are nice but theyre improperly trained.
