Great GP service
Very disappointing experience with the admin staff. The doctors at this medical centre have always been very good, but my recent experience with the front-desk staff was extremely upsetting. During my appointment last week, the doctor personally spoke to the admin staff and asked them to book a call appointment for me so he could update me on my blood test results. This is a great clinic! Staff were professional and efficient. They were able to give me two appointments at late notice so a doctor could see my two children and the doctor we saw was excellent (Dr Warren Ling). Highly recommend!
I was so disappointed with Carnarvon Medical Centre. I recently attended their clinic to get a vaccine, and had to travel a long way to attend this appointment because I live remotely. Firstly, they forgot to order in my vaccine and tried to gaslight me saying it was my responsibility to remind them to order it? This definitely wasn't instructed, nor does it make sense for me to have to remind them to order in something. No accountability by them whatsoever. I was traveling through and first saw Dr T. a lovely caring Doctor. He gave me a referral for bloods and on my return I saw Dr. G Dijkwel. What a wonderful Doctor. The visits were very pleasant and a good experience from start to finish. Thank you all!
