I rang to check the price and availability of a filter before driving to the dealership. They quoted a price that was reasonable so I drove there. Once there I was told the part was 37% more expensive than same part I could get from isuzu and way more expensive than quoted. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
Called in at 330pm with mazda bt50 2018 3.2 .. DPF /engine management light on the dash..[glen and Wayne] got us in 8am next morning did scans and checks..found our vehicle needed a software upgrade for the DPF..installed software ,carried out DPF burn to clean filter.with no charge !!! Fantastic service recommend these guys...thank you
Thankyou to a young man there named Zac.he helped us with our g.p.s in our Mazda.took the time to fix it .we were so grateful to him.also helped me with a small problem with my fone.and to top it off even made me a lovely cup of coffee.Thank you Zac.would highly recommend Mazda Carnarvon.joy and Garry rae.
