Office staff is friendly and efficient. Medical staff is knowledgeable and caring.
I called for a prescription refill. 2 weeks later I still didn't have it! I had an appointment with Dr. Simpson on the 3rd week. I spoke with her about the med. She said she never got the message. I can't say Village Medical is for me. I was released from the hospital after an overnight stay. I called the call center to inform Dr. Simpson. They said I will get a call within 3 days for an appointment. I have not heard from anyone. I feel the Dr. is too busy to see me because it takes so long to get an appointment. Dr. Simpson is truly awesome. She does not waste time, her paperwork is produced fast and efficiently so that you can move through whatever steps you need to take. You can tell she love what she do. Excellent treatment!!!
