I will preface my review by saying that Mr. Carn does have some carpentry skills. The initial bid for this job was $4600. Upon demolition Mr. Carn found some rotted subfloor under the existing shower pan. We agreed that this repair would be an additional $100. When picking out the new tile my wife & I decided that we would like the new tile on the walls in a diagonal pattern. The project did not have even one phase finished. There were only two workers and they missed large chunks of time. Their progess was slow and they made a mess of our home! Greg was verbally abusive towards my son and made rude comments about my home. He asked for more money given this circumstance after being paid a down payment. Carn Enterprise took on a challenging bathroom remodel project in our home recently and did an outstanding job. This project required extensive demolition, including stripping the mutliple layers of floor and false ceilings to get back to ground zero before the new construction and remodel could begin. There were a couple of change orders along the way which added to the original estimate, but they were due to additional things we wanted and the discovery of bigger demo job than expected before getting into it.
