Ver poor experience. Need to see Dr Alwan as my GP is away. Asked for my scripts to be filled only to be berated and lectured in an aggressive manner. With this GP bothering to know or as about my medical history. A very rude and arrogant man.
Unpleasant receptionists. Especially Kayla. Not one smile not one politeness but aggressiveness as if i have wronged them somehow.! Had telehealth appt with Dr. Bashar today and reception called me an hour before to say he would not do it. I asked why. No reason given just he would not be calling. I am in desperate need of my antidepressants etc. Don't doctors have any responsibility for my actions when they don't help? If anything bad happens to myself or others then it is on carn brae. We have visited Dr Sarah more than once, and every experience has been excellent. She is very professional, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes sure our questions are answered. She is also incredibly patient and gentle with children, which makes a big difference. We truly appreciate her care and highly recommend her.
After seeing and being very happy with Dr Jayawerra for 15 years Dr Khan is now my very caring doctor of choice. Dr Khan made me feel relaxed immediately on my first visit to her, she has such a lovely calming way of speaking to me that she fills me with confidence in her way as my G.P.
