Lamonica is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Lamonica. She came to our home to do lab work and made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. She’s warm, friendly, and really knows what she’s doing. I barely felt the needle, and she had such a calm, reassuring presence the whole time. It’s clear she cares about her patients—not just getting the job done, but doing it with kindness and professionalism. She was on time, prepared, and incredibly respectful of our space.
Very friendly and professional! I had some lab work that needed to be done, and it was so convenient being able to get them done in the comfort of my own home. HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Lamonica to anyone who needs blood work done!
Ms. Lamonica was so considerate and accommodating! I got my schedule mixed and thought she was supposed to be at my home a week early. When I texted asking if she was on the way, she called me back and courteously reminded me of the correct date. I was so embarrassed but she was so nice and mentioned she was currently available and offered to come over in 30 minutes. She was so polite and professional, she put me at ease through the whole thing. Thank you for your help and patience Ms. Lamonica!
My husband is an ALS patient who no longer is able to attend clinic. With the medication he is on his doctor's worried because had been some time since blood work done. Husband on a ventilator and.moved from hospital bed to power chair with hoyer lift. Monica was very tender with him selecting site for blood draw.
