I recommend this shop. My insurance assign me a different one but I’m glad I decided to choose this one. Cesar was great! He explained to me how the process was and how long my suv will there. My suv was completed on time and very happy with their work. Thank you Cesar and everyone who worked on my suv.
Sergio and the Carmona’s team did a great job repairing my vehicle. I can’t even tell it was ever damaged. They communicated regularly on the progress and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had such a positive experience with Carmona’s that I just had post this review. They are just fantastic and I highly recommend them. If you need a body shop go to Carmona’s. You won’t regret it! Very professional team with a great attitude that made me feel supported in the entire process that insurances had me going through. Car came back perfect, would use them again over other repair shops.
A+ work. They’re not the cheapest place around, but their paintwork and bodywork is second to none. The surface texture is a perfect match to factory paint, the tricky metallic color on my BMW is a perfect match, and the customer service is fantastic. They stand by their work 100%. Rudy and his team are something else! I brought in my bronco sport to get a fat dent fixed, and these guys made sure I felt at home and made me feel heard. If you’ve had an accident with your car, you know how LONELY you feel at times. Talking to these guys made my situation feel not as bad and they made me feel confident in my decision as well.
