I took my Volvo to Carmona's and was truly impressed with the whole experience. The repair was outstanding, completed precisely on time, and the team regularly updated me, so I always knew what was happening and when I'd get my car back. Well, I deliver parts to this location. And I must say, I'm tired of delivering parts to them. That's how busy they stay constantly working. I take more parts to them. A week than what I take to a regular shopping 2 months. Keep up the good work Carmona, i'll come by and pick up a blue shirt.I gotta get different one 2 wear.Thank you guys
Everyone there is knowledgeable about the business. Every person that I communicated with was friendly. If I have to wreck my car again I will certainly use them again.
I recommend this shop. My insurance assign me a different one but I’m glad I decided to choose this one. Cesar was great! He explained to me how the process was and how long my suv will there. A+ work. They’re not the cheapest place around, but their paintwork and bodywork is second to none. The surface texture is a perfect match to factory paint, the tricky metallic color on my BMW is a perfect match, and the customer service is fantastic. They stand by their work 100%. They refinished one of my panels when it had a dent that was not there when I dropped it off.
