I am very disappointed. When my mother passed in 2019 Mike Defonzo handled all the arrangements. I asked him to order me a thumb print necklace that held some of the remains and he came through with flying colors. He is the reason I gave two stars instead of one. My father passed in March of 2021 and the arrangements were handled by Valerie Morton. I explained I wanted a matching necklace for my father. She assured me this would be no problem and that she'd look back in their records and get me the same thing, don't worry. H... read more
