First time I had a Delivery order, of a pepperoni pizza, it was pretty good, but it wasn't very hot, and once it was cold it didn't taste to good, so this time i asked them if it would be hot when it got to my house? The biggest let down of the year! As our first tesmony, we have been loyal customers of Carmino's Pizza, on Pearl Rd. in Parma OH. But as of tonight, we will no longer endulge in their delicious and resonably priced pizza. Crappy Service. Normally i love ordering from Carminos. After today, I dont think I will order from here again. My kids asked me to order a pizza for them. So,i did. They said it would be here within 45 mins. After an hour and a half i called back. The person that answered the phone was very rude. So I cancelled my order.They didnt even offer an apology! Ive been a loyal customer for years. But I wont order from there again.Not untill they get better service!

What A Pizza! Always hot and delicious. I pick up rather than dine in. The dining area is on the small side and needs alot of upgrading, but the pizza makes up for it. The antipasto salad, though expensive-6.00, is very good, enough for two(but I eat one by myself).
UNFAIR DO YOU ONLY PRINT THE REVIEWS THAT ARE GOOD. I sent a review at least four months ago that you totally ignored. I was a regular of your restaurant until that happened. I called in a delivery order for a large pizza with about 5 toppings. When it arrived and the meat topping was totally missing, I called the store. Instead of being apologetic, as one would expect, all I got was a promise of 65 cents (yes .65) off my next order. No offer to replace the pizza or anything else. Imagine how insulted I felt. Good food and great prices.
We ordered a plain cheese pizza. The sauce was mediocre the cheese was hard and flavorless. I called the manager. He could care less. No pride in his product. Uses poor quality cheese.
The manager was rude. When they overcharged my credit card tip by $18.54 they inputted as a tip on a $18.00 order, he was defensive, asked my wife if she was sure we purchased there, if she was sure of the date, did she work in customer service, and because she did not, she needed to work on it. My wife said she was going to call and get is charged back and he said he didn't care who she called. I ended up getting my money back, but his holier than thou and condecending attitude tasted worse than their pizza. Great Pizza...B... read more
