Not traditional tasting Italian I went to Carmine's Italian Restaurant May 2010. I was with my Husband. I had the Eggplant Parm and he had the meat filled Cannelloni.I want to comment about the food first because the atmosphere and the service was fine for the most part. He had a salad with blue cheese dressing prior to the Cannelloni and he told me the salad was great. It was fresh and the dressing was nice and tangy as blue should be. First Time Dining Experience Disapointment Last night, for the first time, I dined with a party of 10 at Carmine's in Arcadia. It was a very disappointing experience. The food and service were equally offensive. First, a large antipasto salad was brought to us piled high on a flat plate assuring that whatever you managed to put on your plate the same amount would fall off the sides and onto the table.
