Dr. Eidus was impatient and appeared in a rush, and then made a quick examination declaring that it was what he thought. I had never seen him before so I don't know why he already had a conclusion he was thinking of. He closed his eyes every time I spoke as if I annoyed him, and interrupted and spoke over me multiple times. If you care about your health or the health of a loved one, don’t go there. Apr 2022- They misdiagnosed my mothers pneumonia. literally said “give her an aspirin “. The next morning I had to call an ambulance-she had pneumonia.Nov 2023- After 4 days of calling I finally spoke to someone about my 93 yo mother’s low hemoglobin results, they said ‘get her to the emergency room, her organs could start shutting down”.Dec 2023- Requested chart notes for another doc. I found this doctor to be very unprofessional. He did not want to hear about my medical history or about what I know works and doesn't work. He is one of those doctors that feels he knows your body better than you know your own body. Put me on medication that didn’t work and I ended up having to make a follow up appointment with my primary care doctor (after still in pain 5 days later) to get put in the medication I should have been on to begin with.
Long time patient. Very thorough, takes time to listen and answer questions, researches past visits to compare details.
When I needed a new PCP, I found that Dr. Eidus had just moved to the area from NJ, and I was very impressed with his credentials and experience, as well as what other patients had shared. Though Covid kept us from more frequent in-person visits, I've found him to give the time and attention needed to help with various ailments and injuries. I highly recommend him.
We are lucky here in Walnut Creek to have Dr. Eidus from New Jersey to share his super experienced and super caring medical skills. He thinks outside the box. He is prompt and seems to figure out the problem based on facts. Very positive experience.
Excellent. He always took the time to listen and offered simple explanations and sound advice. I have moved away from near his location and had to change doctors and i hope they live up to Dr. McCarrick's standard of care.
